Help Play store updating apps over mobile network.

More than once recently I have noticed my apps being updated over the mobile network. This is despite the "update over WiFi only" option being ticked.
Last month this put me over my data allowance.
I came here looking for an answer but was surprised to find nobody else reporting the same issue.
Anyone else seen this, or have an idea why??

I think i t happened also to me once, to be sure better disable the autoupdate feature for all the apps.

I had similar issues also with other settings, like flash plugin disabled by itself
