Help Playing avi's

Has anybody tried to put some avis, divx, movies etc onto their x10? what's the easiest way of doing it? convert using some software then watch using a specific app?
 
Read that avi does not work so did not try it so i just converted to the format that it can play at which is mp4 h.264 and it looks amazing. I use videora for android which is free with my own settings - well the screen res setting because it did not have the video res of the x10 on it so had to add it myself.
 
AFAIK the only app so far on Android that plays everything is yxflash:
