Help Playing recorded video from S5 transfers to PC first before playing - STOP

When I record a video on my phone and try to play it on the PC, before it will play it always transfers or (copies) the video to the PC before playing. Right now the location it saving to is: C:\Users\ComputerName\AppData\Local\Temp\WPDNSE\{014A00F1-0172-0180-8701-770185011701}
How can I have the phone just play the video without copying it to the PC first? Like a normal portable storage device. If I'm happy with the video I will transfer it to the PC by myself but I don't want a whole bunch of rejected videos filling up my PC. If I delete them from the phone via the PC the deleted videos still remain in the folder on the PC.

You PC is simply caching the video stream so it plays back smoothly. It should automagically disappear from your temp folder when it's done. If it doesn't then your player isn't shutting down cleanly. You might want to empty out all your temp items as they should never be saved beyond their use by the app that created them.
