Playing Video

Ok this may be a stupid question however I don't see a way to play video's on my Sprint HTC Hero, am I missing something? I have some video's I made that I had on my iPhone before.

When you get to your list of albums, it will show video directories as well. Then you just click on the video to play.

Be aware though that you might need a video player form the market or convert them depending on the format.

The built-in Album app plays mp4 and flv video.
