Help Playlist Contents Disappear After USB Mode

As the title suggests, after I use USB mode my playlist contents disappear - not the playlists themselves, just the song contents. It's getting rather annoying. I'm running 4.0.3. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Me too. I have tried everything.

A) Music Stored on Ext SD Card

B) Playlist created on INT SD Card by Kies.

C) Playlist Size Zero even after adding songs. Checking Playlist shows songs.

D) Few hours later songs still on EXT SD Card but all playlists empty.

Going Mad.
