I bought S3 in the UK, now I am trying to update my apps through play store after I press accept download will start but it freeze trying to connect to mobile network even I have a strong signal for H+.
I am receiving email and able to connect to internet but unable to download updates through both WiFi and Mobile data even when I disable each of both.
I have called my service provider he confirmed that I should be able to download update. I called Samsung they ask me to update my software throygh kies which I have done. still no luck!!! can anybody help? thanks
