Basically I was very very stupid and tried flashing a new rom with no backup, I hadn't updated the kernel which led to my TF700T becoming bricked and bootlooping. Now here comes the fun part... because of a bug in my TWRP I can't mount or see my external SD card and after wiping everything off my tablet I am in a bit of a pickle. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

If you can still boot into twrp, you may be able to use adb to push the rom file from your computer directly to you internal memory. This would then allow you to flash a rom and restore.
Here's a guide on how to do it. Even though it links to the Galaxy Nexus forum, it doesn't matter because adb is universal across android.
