Please explain what this means

I believe my phone has been hacked. It's acting weird and I'm finding all these strange things on my phone. Can someone please explain what "android.intent.action.PACKAGE_REMOVED"means on the android manifest, like in the pic I've added? Thanks!!

What it looks like to me is that you have automatic updating enabled and the phone is trying to update a Samsung theme package.
