Root Please help accidentally did OTA update how do i root my evo again?

Hi I have Evo 4G. My frind had rooted it for me. I was trying to install custom rom using boot manager. I screwed up somewhere and accidentally hit yes when it asked me to do OTA update. Now it says my phone is not rooted. Is there any way to go back to being rooted? or am i forever stuck? I am sorry I am not really tech savvy, but can follow directions. Thanks in advance

First off is your bootloader still unlocked? If so just flash a new room and you'll be good.

If not follow the guide to run the RUU and then redo the root process.

It appears he has the evo 4G on sprint, he made a new thread in that section and we are providing support there.
