Help Please help !!! After i rooted my phone .....i got security error

Hey guys
Recently, I purchased Lg motion 4g and i have used it without problems until last night.
I succeeded in rooting my phone , then i installed supersu from google store.
AT this point, i did not have any problem.
But after i intalled titanium back up and tried to restarted my phone, the phone got locked up with message saying security error morning cannot be verified.
I tried to follow the guide to flash firmware of LG motion ,but i couldnt get the firmware(The one here in the forum is corrupted)
I will appreciate any one's help

Then you can root the phone : http://androidforums.com/motion-4g-all-things-root/611262-i-found-root-guys.html

You can download and install the update before you reroot.

I followed the guide and i understood every process
But thing is i the firmware http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/swdata/WEBSW/LGMS770/AMTPBK/MS77010c_03/MS77010c_03.S10c_03.P3029.cab
is corrupted so i cannot follow the any process
Please help me
I just bought this recently and i love it
I downloaded so many times (also i downloaded the recent firmware and the one in media fire) none of those works
Please help me thanks
