Help please help...album art question

hi all

okay so this is aggravating the hell outta me...

every time I put a new song on my SD card that doesn't have the album art, it puts this one particular album cover on the song.

it also added it for every song I already had on there without album art. I deleted the picture out of my gallery (not sure how it even got there) and have looked all over my SD card to find it to delete. I can't find it anywhere.

I don't know what to do to get it off.

has anyone had this happen or know of a way to correct this? thanks

You can get rid of it by using itunes. Its tagged to the song, so play the song in itunes and then right click on it and go to get info and then to album art and you can delete it from there.

I would not just drag music to my phone. I use Mediamonkey to sync the music to the phone. It is an actual sync. If you make sure that your album art is properly attached to the song/album in Mediamonkey, it will usually appear correctly when synced to the EVO. However, occasionally this doesn"t happen. However, it is easy to correct because within Mediamonkiey you can navigate to your sd card music file and pick the track which is not showing the correct art, and attach the correct art from your music files already contained in Mediamonkey. Consequently, probably the easiest way to correct the whole lot, is to make sure all your music is loaded into Mediamonkey with the correct Album art, delete all of the music from your sd card, create a playlist in Mediamonkey with the songs you want on the phone, then sync to your phone. In addition, then the phone will show all of the classifications of your music, album, genre artist, etc.

What album art is showing up? I bet you "found" a song online, right? I had that happen to me - started adding that one image to tons of songs. I ended up using MediaMonkey to correct the album art on all the tagged songs, but it wasn't a quick process.
