PLEASE HELP android upload keyhash error

[Android Question]

I accidentally changed the keyhash, because i didn't know what it was.
I discoverd that that wasn't really smart because i cant upload any updates any more, it says that my older apk was signed with an different SHA1.

How do i get my older keyhash back??
PLEASE HELP
