Help please help another question

ive somehow turned on a small half circle that when you drag it reveals some apps but i cant seem to work out how to turn it off. Its annoying as its on all the time with games, apps home screen ect any one know how to turn it off please

It's not the OS (Android), it's the greatest part of the Note 2. As it had been mentioned in another thread, that function allows you to use split window multi-tasking. It's the most sought after feature available on the Note 2.

And glad you figured out how to activate/de-activate.
