Hi guys
First post so hope someone can help!
My wife has a Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 running Android 4.1.2. Everything has been fine until a couple of weeks ago when a message popped up when the phone was turned on - 'Blank USB storage - USB storage is blank or has unsupported filesystem'.
She is now unable to view or indeed find any of the photos and videos that were on the device and when she tries to take a new photo, another error message pops up- 'turn off USB storage before using the camera'.
In Settings > Device Manager, it only shows 146mb of applications on the USB storage.
She recently purchased a HD card to give her more memory space but it also seems that this may not be working either?!
Any suggestions or help would be very welcome!
Many thanks guys.
