Help Please Help!! com.android.vending not working

I can not download any apps in google play. (I have tried UN-installing apps/clearing data it dosen't help). It will say ".com.android.vending has stopped working" and force close. I am wondering if someone can please help me flash rom or re-install everything from scratch. My phone was rooted and I think there was an error.. i've tried factory reset but it dosen't fix anything or work correctly. My GPS also dosen't work (stock GPS navigation anyways). Would be happy with stock, root, or custom ROM just want something that works and will let me get all my aps back :"(


Would help a ton if someone could please help me.
I can help anyone who wants to root a galaxy S2 4g Epic or is interested in clean/working N64, GBA, GBC android emulators and roms.

System/apps/manage apps...
Find and clear data and cache from playstore/googleplay service and google service framework. Reboot and see if that sorts you out.
