Remove screen lock, remove google
account, remove any other locks.

Try downloading your devices Stock Firmware and flashing it using adb.
1. Download the adb and fastboot drivers. You can get them at rootjunkysdl.com
2. Install the drivers and put both the batch files and text driver files and the Firmware in the same folder.
3. Reboot your device in recovery mode, and make sure you have at least 50% battery or higher.
4. Select apply update from ADB. Then, on your computer, shift click the folder with the firmware and the drivers and open a command window. Type without the quotes "adb sideload <filename/firmware> and hit enter.
You should now see something along the lines of patching kernel or installing on both your device and the cmd shell.
