ok i don't know what happened. I had a rom, frankenclean i believe. It is so incredibly unstable, resetting 3x a day. So I am trying to revert back to the standard reliable stock rom.
I followed these directions.
How to Restore you Samsung Fascinate to Factory? : Nyne Axis
I used odin 1.3 and got CWM to install. The phone restarted and now I see a blue selection screen with reboot - update.zip - factory reset - wipe cahe
I tried update.zip like the directions say.
I get error message
E:Can't mount /dev/block/vold/179:9
(no such file or directory)
E:Can't mount SDCARD:update.zip
Installation aborted.
What do i do? I just want a phone that works. I don't want to go into verizon to beg them to try to fix it. Thank you to anyone who helps.
