jelly bean is using 670mb ram.but ice cream was using 200-300 mb ram.my tablet works more slower.i want ics back.is there a way? sorry for my english.asus tf300tg
There's gotta be something else going on with that. The jellybean update has been nothing but a silky smooth godsend for my tf300.. You sure their isn't something else you've installed?
Android manages RAM itself. It's not like other OS's where you have to start manually closing things if it starts using too much. Android will suspend or close apps if it needs the RAM for something you are actively trying to do.
Therefore my initial reaction to your post is "so what"? What problem is this actually causing you in practice (rather than in theory)? Is your tablet operating as smoothly or better than it did? Is everything happening like it should? In that case why worry what RAM it is using?
On the other hand if you are having some problems then it is much more likely to be caused by some rogue app you have installed, as Kroegs has already said.
