please help me change my forum account

Hi. Unfortunately my name on this forum is my email address. I must have chosen this by accident.

I'm worried about spam.

Could you please help me to either change my displayed name, or help me to delete my forum account completely? I couldn't find an option to do that.

Easy mistake to make

You can PM Phases (the site admin) and he should be able to change it for you. I'll also move this post to the suggestions box and feedback forum, he reads that section quite a bit too.
