Please help me exit car mode!

I already posted this in android lounge, but the mods hid it in inspire troubleshooting, which gets like zero action.

I am desperate! This car panel keeps popping up, it is getting more frequent! It is actions that are easy to press while you are driving, like GPS. I have never even used it! I tried force closing from settings, battery pull, I don't know what to do. It interferes with everything. It made me lose when I was playing "what the doodle"!

I have had the device for 2 months, and it isn't rooted. This problem started just a couple hours ago.
