Help Please help me out with this

I just bought this galaxy s8 and please can u tell me whats going on with the screen ? Should I swap it for another one or this glitch is not to worry about. It doesnt do it always but still it does it and worries me. Sometime colorfully red/blue/green sometimes white

It doesnt do it always, but still it does it once in 5/10 times depends

I suggested you go get another one or talk to them where you purchased it from ¿¿¿¿ store or distribution depended where you got it
