please help me rooting my HTC EXPLORER

Somebody please help me rooting my HTC EXPLORER. i have unlocked it from htcdev, and now while entering to recovery it shows error like "!" in a triangle,,............... please help me... :confused:

I am not familiar with the HTC Explorer and, as rooting/rooting help is specific to each device, it may be worth you having a look in HTC Explorer - Android Forums - other users may be able to point you in the right direction!
