hi guys!!
i know this maybe an old topic but i m really outta my depth here. okay, so the only way i can access wifi in my hostel is by turning on my laptops wifi radio (intel my wifi). the laptop is connected by a lan cable to my universities lan server and we access the net through a specified proxy. for chrome its like settings>advanced>change proxy settings>lan settings and then entering the proxy address and port. then we browse with our user id and password.
i really need to access the wifi through my s3 coz in this remote hell hole the network coverage for 3g is plain horrible. please tell me how i can authenticate those proxy settings in my phone.
thanks in advance people
