PLEASE help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey everyone... i'm not sure i'm posting my question in the correct place as i've literally just joined and i really dont know my way round yet

anyways... here's my issues.. i've switched from blackberry to samgsung galaxy s2 and after a month i'm still very very very VERY confused as to how this phone really functions.... don't get me wrong i think the phone is absolute bliss but with bb transferring music from my itunes is a breeze... however this phone just isn't having a bar of it... i did some online research and found 2 options trying to transfer from itunes none of which worked for me which was beyond frustrating.. my cousin then found a way to get music transfered from my laptop using windows media player... problem is... its a problem! its not very straight forward and now i can't seem to do it unless he is here and even when he is, he has to try something new each time! argh!

next issue..for the life of me i cannot figure out how to get photos attached to my contacts... i will set my ringtone to a song in my playlist and the second i connect my usb to the laptop it automatically deletes tracks from literally all my playlists 'on the phone' and changes my ringtone back to the default ringtone... i'm so confused as to why this is happening... and i'm so sorry if my post is a bit confusing...

if anyone can help with anything in my rumble of a post i will appreciate it sooooo very much...

I notice this is your second post within the intros section, i can still help you though.

First off i would suggest either downloading iSyncr, which seamlessly downloads your iTunes music to your phone, make sure to download the app for your computer too

Otherwise using Google Music Manager on your computer can solve this by uploading music from your iTunes onto Google Music Manager then those songs will automatically sync to your android device.

Next for this contacts issue, if you have a facebook account, you may notice contacts pictures not syncing, this is because as of ICS (Android 4.0) facebook sync is no longer supported, there are work arounds though, the best one i have found is Hax Sync.
