Root Please Help Me!!!

I can't get my LG Venice to boot, it goes to the LG logo then when that goes off it just goes to a black dim screen. I have tried resetting it through recovery and also a hard reset. I DOWNLOADED the LGNPST Tool 1.3 and all the componets and models, including all the drivers I needed- BUT- the the .DLL file I have and only one that I can find; doesn't want to register. Can anyone get me a DLL file for the LG VENICE? (PLEASE) I am using Windows 7 32 Bit. I just switched back over to it from Windows 8. I have tried admin privileges also with trying to register the DLL file. -oh one more thing-
When i try to register it, it says this:
MAKE SURE THE BINARY IS STORED AT THE SPECIFIC PATH OR DEBUG IT TO CHECK FOR PROBLEMS WITH THE BINARY OR DEPENDENT .DLL FILES.

THE SPECIFIC MODULE COULD NOT BE FOUND.

(please help)

this is why i left the venice no one is working on this phone so its hard to get help
