Need some help guys. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 running Marshmallow. Not sure when the problem started but I could make phone calls no problem. Regular call and speakerphone. When I make a ooVoo or facebook video call I could hear them and we could see each other but they can't hear me. When I make a video there is no sound playback. There is no sound recording on voice recorder. Nothing appears on the sound graph. I think there might be a software or app conflict but not sure. It's a pain in the ass to do a factory refresh. Please help. Thanks.........
