helo everyone
i am new to this forum and don't exactly know how the water flows here but i really need help with my cellphone,it read to read alot of stuff off the on internet to overcome this problem my self but i can't seem to understand any of the mumbo jumbo and tech talk.
so it'll be very great of one of if you could guide me through this hard time.
PROMBLEM IS:
i own a samsung galaxy S2 model;GT-I9100 for an year now .it is the best fone i could have asked for but these past few days it keep overheating and when i say overheating i mean AS HOT AS THE CURLING IRON!and now to top it all off it is giving me battery issues .it won't charge.and sometimes when it gets charged it draines all the battery in almost 1 hour.
i don't know whats causing that i read on this site ,other people asking for the same problem and solution but to be honest i don't understand it .it would n=mean alot to me if someone gives me a step to step instruction on how to fix this problem myself . i come off from a country where there is no samsung outlet to get it checked.the mobile shop i purchased S2 from gave a warranty of 6 months.which is expired so please it would be a great help if u can tell me.whats wrong .i read some thing about fone not properly updating or jelly bean something i don't know what that is but maybe i think my problem lies there some thing about firmware is also mentioned .so please kindly help.
