Help Please Help - - Samsung S3 can't play web embedded video

Hi,

I've got a international version of S3 (already rooted). The problem I'm experiencing at the moment is every time when I try to watch a web embedded video (linked from youtube), when the clip is loaded, I can only hear the sound but no video showing. I've tried with many different web browsers, but none of them can show the video except the sound.

Does any know how to fix this issue?

PS: I have installed Adobe Flash already

Thanks!

Is there an option under your internet settings to always have flash enabled.

With all these browsers, I've already set to enable flash, just find it strange that I have sound but no picture.

With another issue last night, my phone suddenly lost off the sound, except when the phone just turn on when the Samsung logo display, I can hear the sound at that time, but after the phone was booted, there's no sound at all.

I've noticed from XDA Developer's Forum, some people also lost the sound with their devices, and someone suggested to restore the phone. Therefore I restored using CWM back to the earlier's stage and the sound is back to normal. This is very strange, don't know what causes the issue as I haven't install or delete anything else, it has sound when I play the mp3 and paused while I went to get some drink. When I came back, the phone was on sleep mode and that's when I turn it back on, tried continue play the music, the phone has no more sound.

Try uninstalling Adobe flash, boot into recovery mode and clear dalvik cache (in advanced menu). Then reboot and reinstall flash.

I will give a go and will let you know if is work or not.

Edit:

I did the above and uninstalled Adobe Flash Player 11 (file was from Play Store), the clips are working fine via the web, however, when Adobe Flash Player 11 was installed and enabled from the browser(s), the clips doesn't play but has sound.
Conclusion - - -I think Adobe Flash Player 11 has some kind of bug and crashing the browser when watching embedded video.

You can use the youtube app. it works really well.

Adobe Flash has been discontinued by Adobe. it doesn't work very well and they no longer support it.
