Root Please help!!!!! Seeking valid link to Velocity Rom for Ally!!!

Trying to find files to flash the velocity rom to an ally I just got, but all links are broken or down. Anyone have this in dropbox or somewhere I could possibly obtain it. Would be extremely grateful, and I promised I have searched and searched, but no valid links!!!!! Thanks in advance........
