Help Please help to connect (find) device to COM-port

I tried all methods to connect HTC Rhyme to computer. Installed HTC Sync, HTC drivers, ADB usb drivers, HTC Hero Diag drivers no helped. My comp recognised only my HTC. When I put in ##3424# Computer can't find HTC Daig Drivers, and devise didn't recognised (HTC Diag?). What I need to do? Rooting not help, I tried.
Same problems with HTC Rezound.
