Ummm.... hold on.... I'm not speaking about "windows" ---- I'm talking about the airdroid app. How can I backup the entire phone, in one transfer and it keep the folder structure? When I go to 'backup' in the app, it only allows me to select 1 folder at a time to transfer from the phone. If I have to move 1 folder's contents at a time, that's ok, but it's easier if I could do a complete backup that grabs all folders on the phone. I look forward to your input here. thx.
To backup your internal SD which contains your photos, videos, docs, and other user data:
First off, forget about the airdroid desktop application for your PC. You don't need that.
- Install the airdroid app on your phone.
- On your PC browser open this link: http://web.airdroid.com/
- In the airdroid app on your phone in the upper right click the square containing a line.
- Now scan the barcode that's in the PC browser window with the airdroid app.
- You are now connected to your PC with your phone.
- In your PC browser click on the "Files" icon in the Airdroid web interface.
- Then in the left sidebar select "SD Card".
- Now highlight every folder or just the ones you want and click "Download".
