please help w/android 4g

hi I have never live chatted before, I realy need some info. and I keep going to verizon and there absolutely not helping me, I have the share plan and already lost a phone so I heard about the GPS locator , the guy put something on my phome were I'm supposed to use my computer to locate it , well I have tried numerous time as dirrected to "wwwgotomypc.com/android.amp"and even paid 2.99 2xtra for upgrade thinking for insurance that it would work ...... Does anybody know what I'm talking about and if not can they recamend something that will work with a GPS on both phones on my plan just to locate cordinates if possible ? I already got scammed by insurance when I had to pay the same price for the phone that got lost please if anybody can help I am at a loss

I'm very sorry to hear about your issue and I hope you find your lost device.
Did you have an app on it like Plan B or where's my Droid? If not then I don't know what I can suggest to finding it.

Welcome to the site

Go to a PC, and log in to your Google account from there, then go to the Play store and go to this app, Android Lost Free

Then sideload the app to your device remotely, then read the instruction from the site and it will allow you to track your device for free, and also allow you to do many more options, see video below for example
