please help (w8, eclair)

sorry for my bad english
I have a sony erricson w8 eclair.. 2gb memory..
rooted and using link2sd to move my apps to the memory card
i am planning to change my memory card tu 16gb one..
and going to install a custom rom kuyadroid.
what should i do with that link2sd apps? how to move it out ? thanks before :)

thanks for the reply.
i cant.. because there is too many apps.
there is no enough phone memory..
is there any other way ?
i once ignore it and directly change my memory and install the custom rom gingerbread with titanium backed up the apps(system+data)..
but when i restore the apps with newly installed rom.. it seems can't work at all..
some are restored but still so many apps broken or missing and there is NO MARKET .. missing TT
so i restore back to the previous rom that i back up before..

really need help with this link2sd problem Σ(

Are they free apps? You could get an app like root browser, copy the apps, then upload them as attachments to an email, save the email in the draft folder.

is root explorer work the same with root browser..?
still can not.
cause the apps are moved to second partition that made on purpose for link2sd
which mean.. all of the apps i moved from phone memory to the memory card will be in that second partition.
the big problem is that the second partition CAN NOT be viewed or edited.
i cant open or see or even copy those thing in the second partition.. !
i cant just open it with phone .. also useless when trying to open that 2nd part from computet..
it only show the 1st part of the memory..
it would be great if i can explore the 2nd part..
any idea ? (・へ・)

Yes root explorer is similar to root browser. Try using a Live CD such as Ubuntu to access the 2nd partition. No need to install Ubuntu, you can use it from a CD/DVD drive.
