I have tried using google image but didn't have any luck. Does anyone knows what samsung app this is?

yes, it is a screenshot from a samsung phone

You can install non-Samsung apps on Samsung phones. In fact Samsung phones will come with some non-Samsung apps pre-installed.

I'm afraid I don't recognise the app, but it sounds like we don't know that it's a Samsung app either (so people shouldn't limit their thinking to Samsung apps).
