Help Please help with ICS problem in Sensation 4G

Hey friends here,
I've an HTC sensation 4G. Once I rooted it and installed ICS rom which was 4.0.3. Now it had an app already installed named Superuser. But it didn't have the "FastBoot" option in its settings. Now, this OS upgraded over internet and the new one had "FastBoot" option. Now, at some point of time, I mistakenly "unrooted" my phone by just clicking a button in "Superuser" app. And then I was intended to root it again in some days when I had to reset it to factory data. Which left me with
1. The old 4.0.3 ICS rom installed.
2. No way to "fastboot".
3. Superuser app can't be installed because phone is not rooted.
4. The phone is not rooted so it can't upgrade the new ICS version on internet.
5. This version sucks and I want to change it.
Note: I've already got clockwork recovery in phone, but I just can't reach there because of no way to "fastboot".:(
Please help.

Completly power off phone remove battery and put back in, hold volume down and power until you are in bootloader, what does it say there?
Then select recovery and you'll be in recovery, from there you can flash a pre rooted rom
