Root please help with installing roms..

Ok I have been searching around, I downloaded Unrevoked 3.21 to root my phone. Now im trying to figure out how to actually install roms... I cant seem to find the exact answer.... Also can it be done using my mac?

Download the ROM,place the zip file on your SD/card.Boot into Recovery mode,wipe your phone clean,flash zip from SD ur done.
