Has anyone experienced this on your s3 camera?? my s3 camera doesnt work and keep popping up this error " the security policy restricts the use of the camera" i looked thru the security setting but didn't find anything i could change, friends told me to do factory reset but im too scared of losing all contacts and messages and other stuffs.. if anyone know how to fix this please help!! thanks alot for reading this.

All i can think of is that using a silent camera is illegal in some places so, if theres a setting, turn on shutter sound.
Have you tried a camera app from play store?
Dont factory reset unless its a last resort.
Discuss it here 1st

Seems to be some conflicting answers out there:

It seems to be either an issue with a company phone with Active Sync security policies set up or an entry in the efs/security folder that needs to be deleted, the later requiring root.

Disclaimer: Messing with EFS folder can seriously damage the phone - So only touch if you have a working backup!! (Trust me on this).
