Help Please Help with Samsung note 4

Hello guys,
I have purchased a Samsung note 4 LTE (2 sim slots) from china telecom plan. It works perfectly and its a great phone. I don't mind all the Chinese apps preinstalled, and I don't mind that there is no google play in it lol I can always get the APKs from my other S5. But my problem is that all the main Samsung apps information are in Chinese. Like weather for example shows cities only in Chinese. Even if I went abroad stays in Chinese. S reminder also give me Chinese info and I really cant benefit from them.

Is there anyway I can make those in English ?

I have a way...
But this way is going to erase all your data (Basically, you would want to back up your phone before doing this!)
You can find your phone firmware in English and use Odin to import it inside your phone (If you want help on how to use odin, search on YouTube!) Hope this helps.
