I really need help. My phone will not boot to home screen. I turn it on and it just stays like that.
There is no debugging and its a HTC One M8.
I cannot take out the battery so please someone help me.
I really need help.

You can try a hard reset,That's what I would try to regain my phone:

  1. How to factory reset the HTC One M8 using the hardware buttons
    1. Press and hold the Volume Down button and then press and hold the Power button.
    2. Wait for the screen with three Android images to appear. Release the buttons.
    3. Using the Volume Down key to navigate, select Factory Reset.

Something in your operating system (or the boot partition) seems to have been corrupted. You may need to completely reflash the stock firmware for the device. If your can't find it out there in the wild, then it may need to go back to the manufacturer for a reflash to stock.

I fixed it... It boots up now and it works. I installed a custom rom but i do not perticulary like it.
Maybe i can just insta HTC__001? wil it be the defalt one.
