Help please help!

i couldn't log into gmail or market for almost a month so i factory reset my phone but the problem still persists. and one more problem the internet symbol i.e the E on the top right corner keeps disappearing and i can't use internet for like 2-3 days! this phone is starting to be a pain in my..... thanks in advance!
