Root Please help

Root NOob here. I have achieved s-off using revolutionary, but then I guess I got confused looking at a few different guides at the same time.

Anyway, the next thing I did was to place the PCIMG.zip for Amon Ra recovery on my sd card. Rebooted and successfully got into Amon Ra.

Then I realized I had skipped the superuser flash and I guess I am not rooted. Can I still flash the superuser file without messing anything up?

Or you can just flash a custom rom. Most have the su and busy box already cooked in. FreshEvo or MikG are both mostly stock with the bloat taken out and a few extras.
