Help Please Help!!!!

I have a Motorola Razr and for some reason "some" of my friends cant open my photos i txt them where as others can... it has nothing to do with carriers or phone types either...

ones friend of mine can receive video from me but not photos?????

does anyone have any ideas please??

The problem sounds more likely to be at their end, not yours. Can the friends who cannot receive pictures from you receive them from other people (either with the same or different model of phone)?
