I accidentally deleted download manager , how do I re install another one?

Easiest way...n download mate35 Rom from all things root section. Unzip the file and open system/app. Copy download manager to tour sd and install.

I'm not well versed at this, can you break it down for me where do I download this file?
then how do I load it to my phone, with a usb cable? I have a huawei m835, is that similar to the ascend?

Mate35... Yes very similar to the ascend. Even uses the ascend recovery system
