Help Please help

Hi Guys,
I'm facing a funny problem after installing the new update (JellyBean). When I answer a call on my mobile, I hear the sound of another called tone. But actually there is no other call. The funny thing, this sound doesn't stop even after ending the call. I have to restart the phone to get rid off the noisy sound. Please help.

Did you try going into settings and restore to factory settings?
