Alright I have tried posting before but I don't think That I explained everything before.
My friend brought her phone to me, she was in tears. She tells me she wanted to change it from Virgin Mobile to Verizon Wireless. She has gotten it unlocked, but when she tried to use the recovery it wouldn't load when holding the power button & down on the volume it does what I think it should but if you choose recovery or hold up on the volume it will only go to the htc logo on a white screen. But when you power up normally the phone works as the phone should. So really the recovery partion is missing. I have read over tons of threads & can't seem to find any problems like this. CAN SOME-ONE PLEASE HELP. TAKING ME STEP BY STEP TO FIX THIS PLEASE. I am going crazy here.
