Root Please help

Are you saying that you can't connect it to your computer? Which drivers did you try to install? Do you have a PC? which OS is it?

Did you try to let it recognize it in the bootloader screen? If fastboot cmds don't work in platform-tools (the SDK files from your PC) you may want to reinstall those drivers. To check if there is a connection hold shift and then right-click in your platform tool folder, select open command prompt. Then type "fastboot devices." If you get an id, great you can now flash stock into your n5 because you didn't feel like making a nandroid backup.

Or on the other hand you can try sideloading the ROM you were using by copying/moving that file in platform tools and then put twrp in sideload mode and open a command prompt with the words: "adb sideload [file name AND the file extension separated with a "." from file name.] You'll have a zip file named "sideload.zip" that will be in the root of your internal storage space. That file is automatically flashed after adb did it's thing but its just there in case you screwed things up again.

Basically i rooted my phone and it went well so i tried to install paranoid android and i installed the rom but couldn't install the gapps so in tarp i wiped everything because i thought it would allow me to install the gapps but i wiped the o.s, the drivers and everything

Which of the wipes did you use? Factory, advanced wipe, or format/wipe data?

I'll reiterate what I've said before with the sideload function.

Set your phone in sideload mode on twrp

Connect your phone to PC

Open your sdk-tools folder (or platform tools if you don't use the mini version)

Hold shift on the keyboard while right clicking an empty space on the tool folder and select the command prompt (its sort of in the middle in the menu's options

Your cmd should be displaying the directory of the folder

Check connection: "adb devices" if you see an id of random letters & #s your good

Next: "adb sideload [YourRomNameHere].zip"
