I have an s5 but people tell me they can't hear me clearly. My s voice and voice recorder works fine so just seems to be during calls... Any suggestions. Btw I got a new s5 because it happened with my other one so I'm thinking maybe some software or something is faulty. Thanks

Sorry i can't help, but a guy i work with just bought a Galaxy S5, he called me today and i really had a hard time trying to hear what he was saying. It was loud enough, but sounded like he was echoing real bad.

I had the same issue with my S5. My callers would hear a really bad echo during our conversation. I returned the phone to best buy as it was defective.

There is a known echoing issue with some GS5 devices.
