Help Please help

I keep getting this pop up "Unfortunately, Package Access Helper has stopped"
Any way this can be stopped? Its constantly popping on my screen. I have Google it without much info.
If any one has any clue, it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

The title of your message is too vague. Please be more specific next time. As for now try to clear cache using the application manager.
