The normal way to "install" using your PC is to log onto play.google.com on your PC using the same google login and password as you have set up on your phone. Choose your apps, press install and google will install the app to your phone over wifi or mobile data when the phone is next connected.
Other than complicated methods used for rooting phones, you cannot "install" apps fropm a PC to an Android phone. They dont use the same file formats. You can copy .apk files (android package files) to the phone (be careful where you get them from) and then select and install them using the phones software.
