Help please please help! my phone keeps rebooting and I can't factory reset it!

hi my phone reboots itself every now and then. when i make a call, it will shut down after 1 mins or so and reboot again. It is killing me. I tried to do a factory reset, it shows " the process com.android. phone has stopped unexpectedly. please try again" I tried several times and it is the same message.



what should I do now??? please help, thanks a million!

p.s. i uninstalled' some of my apps, and cleared my call log, etc. it doesn't work.

My wife is having exactly the same problem. Since it's not my phone, I'm not sure what she did to it before this started happening, I'm hoping there's an easy way to fix this bug.
This is really anoying, anytime she calls or she receives an incoming call the phone reboots after a minute or so.
